It contains 2.9% ~ 5.0% inorganic salt, 0.17% ~ 0.60% tannin, 2.46% ~ 3.48% crude fiber. Almond contains 8 kinds of essential amino acids, which account for 28.3% of the total amino acids, higher than that of walnut and egg. Valine, phenylalanine, isoleucine and tryptophan in the eight essential amino acids contained in human body for proper functioning are higher than those in beef.
